Texas A&M University at Galveston Yell Leaders hosted an introductory Yell Practice to introduce the Mosbacher Odyssey Academy 9th graders to Texas A&M traditions prior to their class trip to College Station.

More than 170 students representing Texas A&M University at Galveston are slated to receive diplomas during spring 2013 commencement at 9 a.m., May 11 (Saturday) at the Exhibit Hall Galveston Island Convention Center.

Texas A&M University at Galveston will hold its summer commencement ceremony and graduate brunch from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, August 17.

Tracy Murrell, a graduate of Texas A&M University at Galveston, and former resident of Plano, has just been appointed as director of the National Transportation Safety Board’s Office of Marine Safety.

TAMUG will hold its Summer Commencement Ceremony at 9 am, August 11 (Saturday) at the Jim and Pat McCloy Arena, Mitchell Campus on Pelican Island.
