GALVESTON, Nov. 5, 2019 – The Texas A&M Maritime Academy, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Maritime Administration, will host the 11th annual Women on the Water conference at Texas A&M University at Galveston on Thursday, Nov. 7 through Saturday, Nov. 9.

The structure is over 70 feet high with steel gates nearly 700 feet long and weighs in at nearly 7500 tons.
